I was introduced to Dave by a mutual friend who'd had a wonderful experience with him and his firm working on a project in Dennis. My firm collaborated with Cape Land Design on a renovation project in East Falmouth. This property has been in my family for decades and is now owned by my younger sister. Many of my siblings live a stone's throw away. It was very important that we collaborate with the right firm who could transform the property in a respectful way ... an ode to the history of those who've passed through and to those who'll come in the future. Dave nailed it.From the first meeting on site during construction to the very last plant installed, Dave was thoroughly communicative, met deadlines, represented the project in front of the Cape Cod Commission (it abuts wetlands), received all approvals, presented a thoughtful and cohesive and beautifully colorful, low maintenance design that was implemented by the most wonderful team of landscapers (and will be maintained by them, too). I cannot thank these guys enough for their attention to detail and professionalism and kindness while maneuvering through this process ... making it all seem so easy! The property is quite literally a dream come true. In my 18 years working in this industry, I've never had an experience this perfect.
